On Sunday, September 7th, join us at The Calm Company for a special gathering under the September Corn Moon 🌕 —a time for reflection, release, and renewal.

This intimate evening (limited to just 7 guests) begins with the option to enjoy one hour in our sauna + cold plunge before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath ceremony. Guided by the energy of the full moon, you’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves and welcome balance, clarity, and calm.

Pre-registration is required for this event—

🕔 Event Schedule
5:00–6:00 PM → Sauna + Cold Plunge (for those booking the full experience)
6:00–7:00 PM → Full Moon Sound Bath, Intention setting and Tea
