We’re proud to celebrate Kyla Guss as our Employee of the Month! Since joining us in November 2024 as a CMT, she has grown into her role as Business Office Manager, where she loves connecting with residents and their families. Born and raised in Nevada, Missouri, Kyla enjoys outdoor adventures and rescuing animals with her fiancé, Anthony Charles, and their children — Paisley, Hunter and Weston. She also loves crocheting baby blankets and hats and says her greatest pride is her kids. We’re so grateful to have her on our team!

We’re proud to recognize Billy Hale as our Resident of the Month! Born and raised in Floyd, Virginia, Billy devoted his life to ministry, serving as an Independent Baptist pastor in multiple states, founding the Country Gospel Music Association and recording 17 albums as a gospel singer and songwriter. Now a longtime resident of Branson, Missouri, he joined Strafford Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in December and says he enjoys the people most of all. We’re honored to celebrate Billy and the joy, faith and inspiration he brings to our community.
