The Yoga/Pilates Studios The Yoga/Pilates Studio is located in Strasburg, Va near the intersection of Rt. 11 and Rt. 55.

We are in our thirteenth year and would love to have you visit our home and studio. We offer integrated yoga, cardio dance classes, and healing massage.
