The goal of Eastern Slope Housing is to provide the senior citizens of the I-70 Corridor as an option of independent, assisted living and recreational activities in a warm and caring environment. This allows seniors to remain in the area when they are when they are no longer fully able to care for themselves and to do so in a comfortable and affordable way. It also allows an opportunity for senior

citizens of the I-70 Corridor to participate in enjoyable outside activities further improving their quality of life. Our residents will remain a vital and active resource for the I-70 Communities, enriching all of us with their heritage and wisdom. We remain committed to providing the best quality care for the senior citizens of the I-70 Corridor by making their lives more productive and enjoyable. Residents of Prairie Creeks Living Center and the Residences of Prairie Creeks Living Center will be treated equally without regards to race, color, religion, gender, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
