What is your fear based story from your past that is blocking you now? 😅
Learn how to bust through blocks and step into your power....🙌

1. Breathe deep into the discomfort.. Know that feeling a feeling for 90 seconds can completely transform it.
2. Feel the emotions, pain, acknowledge it.
3. Where does it resonate in your body, notice where it manifests in your body.
4. Notice how that fear stops you from serving or loving others.
5. Now breathe deep into your belly, in and out at a comfortable pace, and allow the feeling to gently release out of your body thru breathe, honoring the lesson you learned and meditating on how you can choose freedom.
