🌟 Welcome to Our Team! 🌟
We are thrilled to announce that Melanie has joined the team at Stratford Specialty Care as our Director of Nursing!

With a nursing career that began in 2001, she brings over 17 years of leadership experience—including six years as an acting Director of Nursing. Her expertise spans corporate compliance, wound care, home health, and provisional administration, making her a tremendous asset to our team.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her fix children and nine grandchildren, often enjoying karaoke nights together 🎤💖.

What truly inspires her in long term care—helping residents live their best quality of life while in a facility. Her approachable, personable, and knowledgeable nature shines through in everything she does, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her leading our nursing department.
