I have 2 MORE SPOTS LEFT for this Saturday's KIDS YOGA TRAPEZE CAMP. Kids can enjoy an invigorating yoga trapeze class, then practice some mindfulness, then over to the garden to paint an acrylic painting on their own canvas board and thin finish up with a peaceful, relaxing low flow class.Super fun, exhilarating and yet relaxing all in one. Open to all kids ages 8-14.

Here’s a little something from this morning‘s Beach Body Boot Camp at the beach. It was the absolute perfect morning. We use the incomparable Corefirst trainers to help build muscle and work on balance and control.
