Anitha Nair is returning to Studio 108 as a special guest, teaching a full lineup of classes Jan 16–19. Trained in Kerala, India and raised in a family where yoga and Ayurveda were daily practice, Anitha brings precision, depth, and intention to the room.

She teaches from history, philosophy, and lived experience.
