Meet Lauren - our Mat Pilates Lead Instructor and one of those teachers you immediately trust.

Reformer. Yoga. Pilates. Anatomy-obsessed in the best way.

Lauren brings deep knowledge, intentional movement, and a sense of ease that makes you feel both challenged and completely at home. Expect slow burns, smart sequencing, breath-led flow, and at least one laugh within the first few minutes.

Her practice began in 2008 alongside her mom (a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor) and grew into a lifelong devotion to movement, mindfulness, and teaching - both in the studio and as a school health educator. Every class is thoughtful, grounded, and designed to help you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.

She’s spectacular as a human and exceptional as an instructor and we’re lucky to have her leading at Studio 108. Come check out her classes!

Get ready for a pop-up, mash-up Pilates party! Join Lauren H. and Tess S. for a high-energy circuit-style class inspired by Tabata training. You’ll spend 2 minutes at each of our 5 Pilates stations - Reformers, Wunder Chairs, Jump Boards, Mat Work, and free weights - hitting all the good spots with just the right amount of challenge (and a lot of fun).

You’ll cycle through all five stations four times for a full-body, feel-good workout that will have you sleeping like a rock that night.
