And this incredible donation from Smoky Mountain VFW 1733 and Steve Holt aka Shady. Another amazing Vietnam Vet that I'm proud & honored to call my friend. I've cried some tears this morning going through both donations. Especially the older, very well-worn. It's an honor to be entrusted with these materials. I am very grateful. I think of the Vet whose clothes I'm holding and the Vet out there needing some TLC. Thank you so very much!

I was running low on USMC material and both donations more than helped! Please, if you know of a Veteran in need let me know. ALL donated material goes to creating Branch specific lap quilts to give to Veterans in need. 🇺🇸❤️💛🖤🇺🇸

Huge shout out to Joe Garner aka Freq! This USMC Vietnam Veteran is amazing. I can't put into words how grateful I am to him. Look at this huge donation he raised for my Lapquilts for Veterans! ALL of this material will be used to make and donate quilts for Vets in need. Freq has singlehandedly kept my project going with donations like this over the years. He is such an incredible man and always going the extra mile to help others. Thank you, Freq! And to those that donated their uniforms. Vets helping Vets ❤️💛🖤 Love you big 💕

What a fantastic time at the 32nd Annual Divers Recall! I'm very glad we were able to attend. It was wonderful seeing people I've designed quilts for as well as being there when this year's was won.

For those I have on my waiting list, I sincerely apologize as I'm a bit behind. My Dad was sick and placed on hospice, then passed away on August 2nd. I am back on track and currently finishing an order (which was for 2 quilts). I will reach out to you when it's close to time to send your materials.

2025 Divers Recall Quilt is finished! Approx. 80" x 84". It's beautiful. This will be available at the annual gathering in September.
