I recently shared reiki with with some clients that had never experienced reiki before. After the treatment I aked how they felt....3 said.."peaceful" what a great way to explain the feeling after reiki...what a great way to feel! I have openings this week for day and evening appointments!! Make an appointment to feel PEACE!! When we are at peace emotionally and mentally..the physical will follow!! 💜💜

It is truth that who u surround yourself with is reflected in your own life daily. I always say...keep your circle peaceful snd positive....those people or things that do not fit those words do not belong in your cirlce...and you have the power to choose!!
Choose to love yourself...choose peace..choose self care....choose gratitude..choose rest when your body or mind is in need....
Choose to take care of all aspects of your health...i have been talking to so many people lately about anxiety and depression...(and i have had my own journey through both)..my common thought is that..when we neglect ourselves and do more for others than we do for ourselves or conform to others beliefs rather than the beliefs of our own soul...anxiety happens! Take some time..find your truth..your balance..your center..your peace.. Reiki can assist in your movement towards TRUTH and PEACE! I am inspired to share this info with all because i have personally felt and seen its benefits!!
