When deep in the masculine energy with workloads I notice the feminine energy needs to be felt in other areas of my life 😌.

A slow moving, therapeutic yoga flow that unites the mind, the body, the breath, the soul, the spirit and the heart 🦋.

A flow where we can slow down and feel every pose and movement and let it marinate into our tissues 🧘🏻‍♀️.

A flow where we stop to journal our thoughts so we can reflect back upon them or receive a guided journaling prompt selected by spirit where we channel a message that wants to be seen and heard 🫶🏽.

A flow that includes a guided meditation and EXTRA LONG savasana to allow more time for the mindful movement to marinate and integrate into our physical body and energy 😌.

This is so true. 💚 And also Trusting our intuition. ✨

The urge to ask for people’s advice and options can often come from being stuck in functional freeze. We think maybe someone else has the “right” answer. And often when we get advice that doesn’t align, or we get different options— we get even more stuck.

We get stuck in this cycle because we don’t trust ourselves.

The practice of making our own choices sounds simple. But it’s a profound act. It takes getting quiet and asking: “what makes sense for ME?” Not for anyone else. Then, following through with our choices gives us incredible feedback. We can learn, grow, and learn how to trust ourselves in the process.

This is especially important for people who grew up in homes with strict, controlling, or domineering parents. Agency gets lost in childhood, so looking outside of ourselves becomes a habitual pattern.

The truth is: no one really knows what they’re doing. We’re all guessing to a certain extent. And the best wisdom of all comes from within us. It’s our silent intuition that speaks to us and guides us when we have the courage to listen

I had a beautiful healing session with my sister, Julie Campione, Energy Revitalist Coach / Revitalize Your Soul - Healing From the Inside Outc, last evening. I'm very grateful for her family spiritual birthday gifts & refreshing my soul's journey on earth for 2024.

Julie kicked off the session with a beautiful mermaid meditation. This eased me into a meditative state where I would otherwise fall asleep. One takeaway from my session's theme is the Warthog as my Spirit Animal. Pumbaa & the song Hakuna Matata song came in.

"The Warthog is portrayed as a seeker of the truth. Many members of the pig family are adept at sniffing out items, and the Warthog is no exception. A person granted the power of this Spirit Animal has the ability to sniff out the truth from any situation, cutting to the core of things. It is very hard to fool a Warthog person, and even when you think you can, it is very ill-advised as such people know how to defend themselves!"
