OUR GOAL IS TO KEEP ALL OF OUR PATIENTS & STAFF HEALTHY
FOR THIS REASON, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE BEFORE COMING IN IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD HAS FEVER AND/OR COUGH AND HAS BEEN DIRECTLY EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 OR IF YOUR CHILD HAS TRAVELED
We are taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of any viruses not only during the pandemic, but on a daily basis:
• We use hospital approved grade disinfectant wipes on all surfaces.
• We wipe down and disinfect every exam room after every patient, this includes the chairs, exam tables, all surfaces and all door k***s.
• Hourly the waiting room is wiped down, this includes all chairs, all surfaces and all door k***s.
• All surfaces and tables are wiped down and disinfected hourly.
• All restrooms are wiped down and disinfected hourly.
• All employees wash and sanitize their hands before and after every patient.
• We strictly follow all OSHA and CDC guidelines.
To ensure that we are observing social distancing guidelines, we have decided to limit patient encounters in our office
• We will continue to see infants and toddlers in the office for well visits up to age 18 months. These infant and toddler appointments are especially vital to ensure that children are growing and developing normally and getting their routine vaccines
• Well visits 2 and over will be postponed until further notice. We look forward to seeing all of our older patients soon!
• We will only be scheduling well visits in the morning so we can save our afternoon for those patients who are sick
• We are now offering virtual visits to maintain as much social distancing as possible, but we do realize not all care can be provided virtually. Please call our office if you feel your child needs a visit and your provider will help guide you on the type of visit to schedule
• For the safety of our staff and patients, we are limiting to ONE parent to accompany each patient to their visits. We do understand that may be difficult for everyone, so please let us know if you will need to bring other family members into the office
• Per recommendations we will be checking temperatures on all staff, patients, and families as then enter our office each day
We look forward partnering with you and continuing to provide the best care possible during this unsettling time. We are still available to you, so please call with any questions or concerns you may have.
