Today is the day! We're so excited for South Wind Heights Grand Opening celebration! The building is recently looking remodeled and looking gorgeous, residents are excited, and chef has cooked up some delicious BBQ, so come on down from 11:30 - 4:00!

📚💙 Our Memory Care residents at The Gardens shared a heartwarming afternoon enjoying books from the Portage County Public Library – Streetsboro Branch.

There’s something truly special about reading together — the smiles, the laughter, and the joy of connecting through stories. Whether it was a favorite childhood tale or a new adventure, each page turned was filled with friendship and cherished moments. 🌟

We’re so grateful to have such wonderful community resources that bring joy and enrichment to our residents’ days.

☀️🌳 Our residents had a wonderful time soaking up the summer sunshine at Tinkers Creek Park! The day was filled with laughter, fresh air, and great company as we enjoyed a relaxing picnic surrounded by the beauty of nature. 🧺🥪

Our Gardens at Liberty Park residents enjoyed a wonderful day out—starting with a visit to the Streetsboro Library 📖 where we explored new books and favorite stories, followed by a relaxing picnic at Streetsboro City Park. 🥪🍎

It was the perfect mix of learning, laughter, and sunshine! ❤️ We love creating opportunities for our residents to enjoy the community and make lasting memories together.

From tropical Santa sightings to summertime fun, our residents and guests had a holly jolly time making memories that’ll warm hearts all year long. ❤️🌴
