Being a massage therapist means your needs don't always get met since your always helping others with theirs. This morning I was able to help a fellow practitioner who I went through the wringer of massage therapy school and learning this trade. We were finally able to find time between our busy schedules of work and massages to work on our own bodies. We tend to let our own bodies go by the waste side so we can continue to help others. The Studio helped remind me that we need to take care of our bodies so we can continue to help others with theirs. I definitely know that all my knots were worked out so I can continue to help my clients.
