The whole team gathered this morning to celebrate Fran💙

When Fran admitted to our facility in November, she was unable to communicate or ambulate due to lesions on her brain found during her hospitalization. Fran underwent many inpatient chemotherapy treatments, and physical therapy to regain her independence. Fran’s story has touched all of our hearts, and we wanted to send her off with all of our love and support. 

Congratulations, Fran! This could not have been done without the support from our amazing Therapy team at Ovation Rehabilitation Services 💙👏👏👏

Happy Tuesday!

Let us shine an overdue spotlight on Kara, our Activities Director for the Avenue at Strongsville. In 4 years of employment, Kara has turned our facility into a cozy, loving home for our residents. Kara is an advocator, the best party planner and the light that warms our halls. Kara’s favorite part of her job is her daily interactions with our residents and their families. She feels building these relationships is what makes her job so rewarding.

Angie is our longest standing nurse here at Avenue at Strongsville, she has been providing quality care with us for 4 years, starting just 1 year after our grand opening!

Anjie has been a nurse for 33 years and proves her dedication to our residents every shift. Anjie’s favorite part of her job is ensuring the residents are properly cared for. When Anjie moved here from India at 23 years old, she realized that she wanted to change her major to become a nurse and she hasn’t looked back!

Thank you, Anjie, for all you do for our residents and families.
