I couldn’t be more thankful to have met Dr. Fiorini and be under his care. I have struggled with migraines for 10 years and vertigo for about 8 years and recently was almost becoming bed ridden with my vertigo episodes becoming a daily routine. After multiple hospital and doctor appointments that led to no answers and my symptoms just getting worse I did my own research and found this practice that has forever changed my life. After seeing Dr. Fiorini my migraines have reduced a significant amount and I’m now stable with my vertigo and have not had an episode yet! I don’t know what I would have done without him but all can be is grateful and thankful that someone like him exists and his passion to truly take care of others is remarkable!

I’ve had Ménière’s disease, ear fullness, hearing loss, sensitivity to sound, tinnitus, and the worst of all—vertigo. I’ve had weekly bouts of vertigo that last up to 12 hours. When it was looking bleak, discovering Dr. Fiorini’s practice and deciding to give it a try has given me my life back. I did not have high expectations from the start because previously all doctors’ recommendations and meds hadn’t done anything for me. Yet I was feeling 90% better after the first couple visits. I am confident now that this is the way to wellness. This practice is a fine-tuned, personal adjustment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach I’ve seen other chiropractors do. The office staff really made me feel welcome, too.

Dr. Fiorini is an answer to prayer! The amount of relief his adjustments are bringing is incredible. He takes detailed X-rays and refers to them each visit. He is helping my incredibly tight muscles, neck arthritis, and neck alignment. Apparently the curvature isn’t right and he’s putting it back into place, gently and slowly, but it’s helping so much! This place feels like it should have patients waiting for months to get in because of the amazing work they do. But you get appointments so quickly. His staff is absolutely incredible, so kind! Make an appointment. You will be so grateful you did!

I have been working with a neurologist from Cleveland Clinic for neuropathy in my feet restless leg syndrome loss of feeling in my feet I went through testing prescription drugs you name it I was referred to Upper cervical Strongsville and I have gotten more relief and I'm getting better with each visit I highly recommend them they are awesome

I was diagnosed with Menieres Disease 35 years ago and suffered with the vertigo and hearing loss. I followed all that conventional medicine had to offer me including diet restrictions, medications and even surgery. I was suffering a 4 month jag of back to back vertigo attacks this spring and finally decided to seek upper cervical care vs steroid injections into my ear. All I can say is WOW! Dr. Fiorini has done 3 adjustments(once in the midst of a vertigo attack) and I have not had any since, almost 5 months later. I have my life back! Dr. Fiorini is so kind and caring as is Trish in the office! So glad I found him!
