Dr. Gabriella Koussa, affectionately known as Dr. G, has always aspired to follow in her father's footsteps and become a dentist. From a young age, she eagerly shadowed Dr. Nadeem Koussa at his dental office, spending countless hours learning from him. After completing her bachelor's degree in biology from Denison University, Dr. G's dream came true in 2019 when she commenced her dental education at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine.
Throughout her dental school journey, Dr. G had the constant support and guidance of her family, who were always nearby. This close-knit environment enabled her to immerse herself fully in her studies and enjoy the unique experience of sharing her passion for dentistry with her father. The bond between Drs. Koussa continues to strengthen as they explore another layer of their father-daughter relationship through their shared dedication to dental healthcare.
In addition to her professional success, Dr. G recently celebrated her marriage to her loving and supportive husband, Fawaz. Just like her father, she cherishes spending her free time with family. Dr. G is especially enthusiastic about sharing her love for healthcare with her older sister, Jiana, who works as a pediatric intensive care unit nurse, and her younger sister, Sara, who is currently pursuing her medical degree and will graduate in 2024. Their shared passion for the field keeps their family connected on a deeper level.
When she's not busy with the practice or spending time with her loved ones, Dr. G enjoys indoor cycling, taking trips to visit family in Michigan, and taking leisurely walks with her husband and their family dog, Lucy. Her dedication to maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle extends beyond her professional responsibilities.
Dr. Gabriella Koussa's journey from inspired young observer to accomplished dentist reflects her unwavering determination, family support, and love for healthcare. With her warm personality and commitment to excellence, she continues to positively impact the lives of her patients while creating meaningful connections with her family and loved ones.
