Dear One Cura Family Clinic Patients,
I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving my position as a Nurse Practitioner at One Cura Family Clinic effective December 5, 2025. While I will no longer be seeing patients after that date, I will remain in the clinic to finish administrative work until December 10, 2025.
I want to thank you for allowing me to care for you. Being a part of this primary care community has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. It has truly been an honor to support you on your health journeys—whether managing chronic conditions, addressing new concerns, or celebrating improvements and milestones. I am grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the many conversations, moments of partnership, and opportunities to work together toward your well-being.
Rest assured, your care will continue without interruption. The primary care team at One Cura Family Clinic is committed to providing you with compassionate, comprehensive care. They will be available to answer any questions and help ensure a smooth transition. Your medical records will remain securely on file for your ongoing care.
