Thrive Sleep & Breathing Our goal is to MAKE PEOPLE BETTER. Dr. Randy Nolf is a lifelong resident of the Poconos.

He was trained at Temple University in Dentistry with a specialty in Periodontology, where he later became a clinical instructor. He has been practicing in Stroudsburg since 1981 and is a volunteer with the Ross Township Zoning Board. During that same time, Dr. Nolf became certified as a Professional Ski Instructor out of passion for the sport. His love for the Beetles and gardening are evident in his conversations, but his love for his family is definitely the force behind everything he embarks on. Dr. Nolf's wife is a hospital pharmacist and "the smart one of the relationship", as he would say smiling. They have 2 amazing daughters who are now successful business executives. His skills, dedication and passion for dentistry have provided for long -lasting and loyal relationships with his patients.
