The Everybody Eats Project was blessed with an overwhelming amount of food this week and we’d like to share. If you or anyone you know could use an extra blessing please stop by and pick up a little love at the Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Office between 12-4pm TODAY ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!

Please Park on the side streets if the parking lot is full. Do not park in the back of the building as the other businesses have to park back there

Please do not double park in the parking lot blocking other cars.

Please bring clean bags to pick up your food, we are limited in supply and only have a few boxes.

Happy Holidays From the Metamorphosis Family!
For many of us, this truly is the most wonderful time of the year—a season filled with warmth, laughter, and love. But for far too many families in our community, the holidays bring a different kind of challenge. The joy of the season can feel out of reach when there's no food for the table, no warm coat to face the cold, or no gift to light up a child’s face.
At Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative (MWEI) and The Everybody Eats Project, we believe in transforming lives, and this holiday season, we are on a mission to bring hope and joy to families in need. But we need your help to make it happen.
Think about it:
$10—the price of a coffee and pastry—can provide a warm holiday dinner for a family or contribute to our Christmas toy drive.
$20 can give someone the gift of warmth through a winter coat or essential winter accessories.

The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative Presents the opening of " The Healing Room of the Poconos. "The Healing Room" is a compassionate haven for women seeking solace and support on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. Healing from trauma, pain, solitude, loneliness, anger, and depression is a profound and transformative journey. It involves navigating the depths of one's emotional self, finding strength within vulnerability, and embracing the process of self-discovery. In this journey, individuals embark on a 12 week path to begin to release the grip of past traumas, alleviate pain, and transcend the isolating shadows of solitude and loneliness. We welcome you into the Healing Room Wednesdays 11am - 1pm beginning March 6th at 804 Sarah Street, 3rd Floor, Stroudsburg, Pa.
