Virangini Cindy Rounsaville, C. Hom., is a homeopathic health consultant and educator who has been involved with homeopathy since the early 1980's.

Virangini Cindy is a homeopathic health consultant and educator. She has been involved with homeopathy since the early 1980s and has studied extensively with the internationally known homeopath and author Dr. Robin Murphy, N.D., among many others. She began teaching and consulting in 1983 and has acquired extensive knowledge of homeopathy over the course of her lifetime. Virangini Cindy, along with her late father, Louis Dion, C. Hom., began a homeopathic study group in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, to help people to learn and use homeopathy in their daily lives. The two of them participated in homeopathic consulting for a local medical practice that offered homeopathy to their clients. Virangini Cindy, recognized for her strong knowledge of homeopathy, receives many client referrals from medical doctors, chiropractors, and even other homeopathic practitioners. Virangini Cindy follows the principles of the founder of homeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann. She uses lower potencies at more frequent intervals, so as not to cause a healing crisis. She believes healing aggravations are not necessary to help individuals get to a better level of health. Other than homeopathic remedies, Virangini Cindy also uses herbal tinctures and cell salts with her clients. Besides homeopathy, Virangini Cindy has been a student of meditation since 1984 and has given many classes on it. She uses the Indian spiritual name Virangini, as it was presented to her after attaining “soul enlightenment” from a world peace advocate and internationally known guru. She has incorporated Rasavidya Medical Astrology, (different than regular astrology), into her practice as well. Having practiced Qi Gong since the 1980s, she uses medical Qi Gong poses alongside the medical astrology, to help individuals with life issues and chakra balancing. Over the years, Virangini Cindy has worked with many people, helping them through their chronic as well as acute health issues using homeopathy. She founded the North Eastern Health Institute in the early 1990s, which is her current business name. Her client base reaches all around the globe. Her community involvement includes donating her services using Homeopathic Remedies to assist animals at local wildlife refuge facilities. 💎Beware of Expending a Lot of Energy and Developing Dehydration💎

A few weeks ago, my husband, Robert started to experience dehydration symptoms during a heat wave. He had cut grass in the morning for a couple of hours, then around 12:30 he played 18 holes of golf, walking the course absent a golf cart. By the time he got home around (4-4:30), he was wiped out, so he laid back in the recliner and watched TV. An hour later when I saw him, he was experiencing muscle cramps when he tried to get out of the recliner. I immediately gave him the Homeopathic Remedy China Officinalis 30c for dehydration, plus Hyland’s Magnesia Phosphorica 6x and Bioplasma cell salts. His muscles immediately started to improve.

Next, I had him drink a glass of ¼ cup of coconut water and ¾ cup drinking water. I told him that when it’s hot outside, he needs to add something to his water, such as a slice of lemon or cucumber, or a splash of juice, especially when he is already feeling dehydrated.

💎What to Do When Old Symptoms Come Back on Homeopathy?💎

My client reached out to me recently about symptoms he experienced a few years back that are gradually starting to resurface. There are nights when he struggles to fall asleep, and he finds himself scrolling on his phone to distract him from the racing thoughts about his day. He said this is an old pattern that he would go through before his depression set in from the loss of his business during the pandemic. My client told me, since he has been taking the homeopathic remedy Aurum Metallicum 6c every night, it has helped him with going through the loss of his business.

I told my client the old symptoms he is starting to feel are those of the homeopathic remedy Natrum Muriaticum. It’s a good sign that you are starting to experience them while taking Aurum Metallicum. I advised my client, that on nights he struggles to fall asleep he needs to take a dose of Natrum Muriaticum 200c to address how he is feeling at that time and will not take Aurum 6c that night. When he no longer has Aurum symptoms or he says he is taking Natrum Muriaticum more often during the week or more often than Aurum, we will stop the Aurum 6c and put him on Natrum Muriaticum 6c to be taken daily at bedtime.

When you have old symptoms that surface, it is telling you how far back that 6c has taken you, such as 5-10 years and sometimes 20 years back. It doesn't mean that you have fully returned to your previous state in time; rather, it typically indicates that you've regressed to that extent while taking your 6c homeopathic remedy.
