Meet our Round One Community Class Teachers.

These classes are part of the BYS 200 Hour Teacher Training program, where trainees step into teaching and begin sharing their voice with the community. Starting this week and continuing for the next four weeks, these teachers will be leading their Community Class series.

Ken is a dedicated practitioner here at BYS. He is thoughtful, inquisitive, and appreciates structure in his practice. We are excited to see how those qualities translate into his teaching.

Practice with Ken — Mondays, 11 AM — Open Level Flow

Maryam brings a quiet presence to the room, paired with a creative spirit. Her practice is reflective and intentional, and we are looking forward to experiencing the space she creates.

Emily is fun, warm, and welcoming. She has a deep passion for Yin and restorative yoga and loves creating classes that help people slow down and reconnect.
