With Gina L. Buse, RYT 200 and Licensed Psychologist & Matt Swanner, RYT 200
Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 3 PM to 5PM
Join us for a heartwarming 2-hour restorative yoga session, gracefully woven with the gentle tunes of live music, as we embrace the spirit and the essence of gratitude. In this special experience, we will embark on a journey through a sequence crafted to align our energies with the rhythms of thankfulness, drawing inspiration from the bountiful harvest and the earth’s gracious offerings.
As you breathe and rejuvenate in restorative poses, the live music will be your companion, echoing the themes of appreciation, grounding, harmony, and abundance. Let the melodies embrace you, enhancing your connection to the essence of gratitude. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this journey promises a unique and enriching experience, leaving you feeling attuned to the universe’s generosity.
Come, immerse yourself in this symphony of restorative yoga and music, and celebrate the gifts of the bountiful harvest and the spirit of gratitude with us.
Gratitude
As the earth generously offers its harvest, we will embrace postures that encourage gratitude for every blessing. The gentle strumming of the guitar and the soft notes of the harmonium will guide you into a deep state of thankfulness, allowing you to embrace and cherish every moment.
Grounding
As we gather to give thanks, grounding becomes essential. Through deep, restorative poses, you will connect with the earth, feeling its stability and abundance. The rhythmic beats of the percussion will resonate with your heartbeat, anchoring you in the present moment of gratitude.
Harmony
It is a season of unity, with hearts and hands coming together in harmony. Our sequence will bring a sense of unity and peace into the body, mind, and soul. The harmonious chords of the live music will aid in centering your mind, helping you find your inner peace.
Abundance
The bountiful harvest illuminates the abundance in our lives. Heart-opening poses will invite you to tap into the wellspring of gratitude and prosperity within. The melodic crescendos of the music will uplift your spirit, reminding you of the universe’s endless generosity.
Join us in this dance of yoga and music, and let us together weave a tapestry of gratitude, celebrating the abundant blessings that each moment holds, and the endless grace that surrounds us. In the spirit of gratitude, let every breath and every movement be an expression of our collective appreciation for the boundless gifts of life.

Matt Swanner
Gina L. Buse integrates her yoga training with her psychology expertise to lead clients into deep conscious relaxation with her profound love for Restorative Yoga. Her passion lies in the heart of the meditative and passive, yet powerful, practice of pause and stillness in Restorative Yoga, which she often refers to as guided time snuggling with pillows and blankets. She loves to guide clients into the sacred pause and journey inward to stoke the light and release the mental fluctuations to simply be and soak in the relaxation experience.
Matt Swanner received his 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Kula Yoga Shala in 2016. His goal as a yoga teacher is to encourage everyone to dive deeply into themselves through the healing modalities of movement, breath work, meditation, and mantra. A lifelong learner, artist, and musician – Matt’s passion for yoga and music led him to Bhakti – the devotional yogic path and practice of heart opening mantra and sacred chant.
