🌱Our Radiate: DBT for Teens group begins a new cycle on September 25th! This 24-week skills group empowers teens to build mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—helping them create a life worth living.

✨ Parents — we’ve got you covered too! Our Illuminate: DBT for Parents group meets every other week, offering tools to understand your teen, strengthen family dynamics, and apply DBT skills in parenting — with support from other parents on the same journey.
