Can you shed what no longer needs to be carried into spring?

Can forgive yourself, unload the burden of the past so that you can be free.

These ladies showed up tenderly and they didn’t even have to work for it.

Hello and Happy New Year!

This is Ivana!

I serve Florida or at times worldwide!

My january 2026 plan is to Rest, Reflect, say goodbye and let the old baggage die away in preparation for spring and new growth!

I continue to offer Integrative mental health counseling and Akashic Channeling to Therapist, Healers and Helpers and those experiencing all forms of grief and loss. ( Death, Divorce, Loss of purpose/home/identity, culture, estrangement, etc)

We seem a little to joyful for this event and yet there is so much joy for our families that we work with who understand this and have known the darkest side and the side where the light finds them and their loved one. We are so grateful to be a part of the light in the darkness.
