Sometimes your next chapter won’t make sense to anyone else yet.

Not because it’s wrong.
Not because you’re confused.
But because it’s still becoming clear through you.

There are moments when something feels like a yes in your body before your mind has all the proof.

A dream.
A direction.
A person.
A new version of yourself.
A choice that feels too different from who you used to be.

And the hard part is this:
you may want to explain it so everyone understands.
But not every sacred feeling needs a perfect explanation.

Sometimes you just need to stop abandoning what feels true, only because it doesn’t look logical yet.

Tiny exercise for today:

Think of one thing in your life that feels like you, even if it doesn’t fully make sense yet.

Then ask yourself:

“Am I dismissing this because it’s wrong…
or because I’m scared to trust myself?”

Write down the first honest answer that comes up.

Stay close to what expands you.
Stay close to what brings you back to yourself.
Stay close to the version of life that feels like yours.

Even if you can’t explain it yet. 🌿🌸

Some parts of us don’t trust good things yet.

Not because we’re negative…
but because we’ve learned to expect disappointment.
To question peace.
To feel like something good won’t last.

And healing isn’t becoming someone new.
It’s gently teaching those parts of you that it’s safe now.

Safe to receive.
Safe to believe.
Safe to stay.

So if something good is happening in your life right now…
you don’t have to overthink it.
You don’t have to prepare for it to fall apart.

You’re allowed to experience it fully. 🌸

Tiny exercise:
Notice one good thing in your life today.
Instead of questioning it, just sit with it for a moment and say:
“It’s okay for this to be here.”

No rushing.
No doubting.
Just allowing.
