This Arctic freeze in Palm beach is putting a stop to our fun. Sadly the Sunday Soundbath and full moon events will be cancelled this week
we will be back in the sand next week.

New moon energy, combined with manifesting
I’m in love with our Sunday mornings together. Our flower totem to leave a spark of love. And the incredible sunrise that is never the same twice.

One of my hopes was to find an amazing group of women who want to heal together in the sand. Gosh these are my people. I can’t tell you how much I love you.

Welcome to the first events of 2026!!
We are taking on the energy of the moon cycles .
Full moons to release, heal and recharge!
And new moons to bring in new beginnings and manifest miracles.

Each event will have a little woo woo , a little delulu and a whole lot of love. Come as you are, have an open heart, and please sign up online.

It’s all coming this year. It’s the year of the horse. Time to work and build the life you have always dreamed of. I’ve spent years building and dreaming and doing. Now it’s your turn to enjoy parts of this process and find community doing it.
Some events are free, some events are a small fee or donation. Either way there is something for everyone. So say YES to yourself and come sit at my table of life.

I can’t think of a better way to greet the shortest day of the year.. after today, the light begins to shine brighter than ever, growing a little each day.
