But hopefully not often. You have been overworked.
Listen to your body in a session. If something doesn’t feel right, speak up! I tell my clients every session- this is your time, if you don’t like something, tell me. I wont be offended.

I am the professional, but it’s your body. I will never claim to understand it more than you nor should someone else. We all get innate feelings that we ignore, but really- we know.

So! Speak up. And if this happens to you and you don’t feel comfortable during a session to share, make sure you talk about it before your next session. A qualified and professional massage therapist will hear you out and never get offended. 🫶

Language can mean everything. There are a lot of people out there that put a stain on our profession. It is heartbreaking. BUT simple things like this can really make a difference.🙌🏽
