ANOTHER SMOKING GUN BITES THE DUST

This is a 2014 rehash article by Brian Ho**er ( who is of the belief that his son’s Autism was caused by the MMR vaccine) who used the raw data from Dr Thompson 2002 study that is currently being referenced by a trial lawyer with no relevant medical knowledge as evidence that vaccines cause Autism.

Dr Thompson’s study was published in 2002. He and Ho**er did not make contact until almost a decade later at which point Ho**er published his study which was retracted for reasons that can be read in the link below.

Scientists have created a new mRNA vaccine that could change the fight against pancreatic cancer. This type of cancer is one of the hardest to treat, but the vaccine has shown it can give patients long-lasting protection.

In an early trial at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, doctors tested a personalized vaccine called autogene cevumeran, made by BioNTech and Genentech. The vaccine is custom-built for each patient, based on the unique mutations in their tumor. Its job is to “teach” the immune system how to find and destroy cancer cells.

The results were promising: patients who had a strong immune reaction were much less likely to see their cancer come back. In fact, in some people, the vaccine-trained T cells stayed active for up to four years.

The vaccine was given along with chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and in half of the 16 patients, it created powerful tumor-fighting T cells. These patients saw their cancer slowed or even stopped from returning.

Pancreatic cancer usually resists most treatments, but this personalized approach is giving new hope. A larger worldwide trial with 260 patients is already underway to see if this vaccine can improve survival rates in the long term.

Scientists have made a major breakthrough in cancer treatment with a new mRNA-based vaccine that shows the ability to create long-lasting immunity in patients. Unlike traditional treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation, which can damage healthy cells along with cancerous ones, this vaccine is designed to teach the immune system to recognize and attack tumor cells directly. Early clinical trials have shown that some patients remained cancer-free for years after treatment.
The vaccine works by using messenger RNA technology, the same platform that enabled COVID-19 vaccines. Scientists encode the mRNA with instructions that trigger the body to produce proteins similar to those found in cancer cells. The immune system then learns to identify these proteins as threats and develops a lasting defense mechanism, essentially "training" the body to destroy cancer on its own.

There is a growing body of research highlighting the significant overlap between autism and Paediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS), with studies indicating that a notable proportion of children with autism also meet diagnostic criteria for PANS, and both conditions can share symptoms like sudden behavioral changes and .

The recent paper by Han et al. investigated the biological underpinnings of PANS, a condition often triggered by infection or stress. The study compared children with PANS and other neurodevelopmental disorders to neurotypical controls, finding that both PANS and non-PANS groups reported higher rates of early and regression in development than controls, highlighting a shared vulnerability in neurodevelopmental trajectories among affected children.

A key discovery from the study is the identification of abnormal gene expression patterns in children with PANS. While standard immune tests were typically normal, advanced RNA sequencing showed an upregulation of genes involved in ribosomal biogenesis and RNA methyltransferases, alongside a downregulation in functions related to activity, cell signalling, and immunological responses.

Single-cell analyses confirmed these findings and revealed that the changes varied across different immune cell types. Immune cells from PANS patients showed blunted responses to stimulation, indicating a dysregulated that does not mount typical inflammatory reactions.

Further, RNA sequencing before and after treatment in PANS patients demonstrated a reversal of several dysfunctional cellular pathways, including those related to ribosomes, epigenetics. This suggests that some of the molecular abnormalities seen in PANS may be treatable or at least modifiable with targeted therapies.

The significance of this study for is its revelation of shared molecular characteristics between PANS and other neurodevelopmental disorders, pointing to common pathways involving epigenetic and immune system issues. By emphasizing how immune dysregulation influences brain development, the findings encourage exploration of new treatment approaches—like immune-modulating or epigenetic therapies—that could improve outcomes and reduce neuropsychiatric challenges in conditions involving developmentalr egression, including certain cases of autism.
