Responsibilities:
1. Calling insurance companies
2. Calling patients regarding supply needs
3. Work-flow documents
4. Documentation review
5. Medical records review
6. Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
1. Valid Driver's License
2. Ability to show up to work everyday
Experience/skillset:
1. Good phone skills
2. Flexible- enjoys working on different projects
3. Understands the important of timelines and client satisfaction
4. Copes w/ change well
5. Professional
6. Good computer skills- must be proficient in Microsoft
7. Accountability
8. Previous Brightree experience a plus
9. Previous DME experience a plus
