After many years of yo-yo dieting, I finally learned the secret to maintaining my ideal physique and body weight. I always thought that going on a diet would help me reach my goals and keep me there but It never worked that way. In fact, I got comfortable knowing my weight-loss was temporary and that I'd eventually let myself go once again. It wasn't until I committed to the idea of being a healthier and happier version of myself that I was able to get the weight off and keep it off. . The more I learned and experienced, the more I wanted to maintain the lifestyle I created. By setting small goals and changing my habits, I was able to create a life I never thought was possible. I learned to fall in love with fitness and realized that challenging myself in the gym was pouring into other aspects in my life. It not only changed me physically, but it also changed me mentally. Training has taught me patience, determination, courage, and most of all, confidence. Confidence in knowing I can do anything I put my mind to. As my passion for health and fitness continues to grow, I want to help people make permanent changes as well, so we can all reap the benefits of healthy living.
