Family, Friends & Community are invited to "Rosie the Riveters" presentation by Linda McCann at Community Care Center on Saturday, July 12th at 10 AM. Linda is an Iowa author who has written several books on history of Iowa including lost towns.

Took a little drive this morning to Exploration & Learning Station to get some lemonade and cookies. They were delicious and all the proceeds when to the Stuart Iowa Police Department! 🍋 🍪

We are celebrating Day 2 of National Nursing Home Week. This morning, a caricaturist visited us for a couple of hours. The residents thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were amazed by the results. For lunch, we had the pleasure of The Little Green Trailer Catering Services, which served a delicious meal.

With the NCAA basketball tournament underway, we had a special visitor today - Steve Krafcisin, also known as “Special K.” He is one of the few who have played for two different teams in two different Final Fours (North Carolina in 1977 and Iowa in 1980).🏀
