The goals of Plastic surgery have become more stringent in the past we’d look for improvements in the Giles and deep tissue of the face and improvements in the neck. Now we’re looking for even more refinement, soft tissue elevation, and a deeper crevice beneath the jawline highlighting, the youthful contour and shadowing beneath the mandibula anglewhen we can achieve it.
