The Hip Institute at Oceanside Physical Therapy specifically handle conditions of the hip, with a major focus on Hip Preservation and Post Op care after Hip Arthroscopy for Acetabular Labrum repair and Femoroacetabular Impingement or FAI. Oceanside Physical Therapy is equipped with the latest technology in rehabilitation; including 2 Alter G Anti-Gravtiy Treadmills to assist patients rehab faster and in a pain free environment. The Alter G was designed with NASA technology and uses high pressure air to reduce the patient's body weight one percentage at a time up to 80%. This allows the therapists at Oceanside to get their patient moving quicker and without pain and stress to the body. Oceanside uses the Delfi Personal Tourniquets System, which is the only FDA approved Blood Flow Restriction system available. These devices uses Doppler technology to accurately measure occlusion pressures by monitoring the patient's Blood Pressure and ensuring their safety during the treatment.
