45 minute 3 zone therapeutic massage: (choose your zone) $70
Focuses on addressing specific areas of tension or dysfunction by dividing the body into 3 primary regions. This approach allows for targeted treatment and will be customized based on your needs, whether for pain management, relaxation, or rehabilitation.
Zone 1: Shoulders, Arms and Upper Back: Focuses on reducing tension, improving posture and relieving stress related tightness. Techniques used can include: cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and pin/stretch techniques for the upper back and shoulder girdle.
Zone 2: Mid to lower back (includes hips and glutes), Legs and Feet: Focuses on reducing tension, improving any muscle balance disparities (addressing psoas and hip flexors) and supporting core stability. Techniques used can include: cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and pin/stretch techniques for the legs.
1 hr Therapeutic Massage: $75
Will be structured to address specific areas of tension while promoting overall relaxation and well-being. Most clients experience significant pain relief, greater range of motion to an affected joint, and/or the relief of a bothersome symptom (such as tension headaches, muscle cramps/twitches, etc). It typically includes a combination of techniques such as: Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping and IASTM. Aftercare techniques, stretching, and follow up sessions will be planned in accordance with client goals of care.
90 min Therapeutic Massage: $110
Same as the above with the exception of extra time spent at specific areas as needed or at client request
90 min Muscle Meltdown Therapeutic Massage: $125
This is an intensive, full-body treatment designed to deeply relax and release chronic muscle tension. It incorporates a blend of deep tissue, heat therapy, cold therapy, myofascial release, Vacu-cupping, IASTM and stretching to maximize relief and restore mobility, which helps to correct postural imbalances. An Arnica oil blend will be applied after the session to maximize effects of the bodywork.
45 Min HHF Massage: (Head, Hands, Feet) $65
Just as described, a relaxation massage focused on the head, hands and feet. Specialized body butters and/or oils may be used to help aid in relaxation and release. This massage will also utilize a warming pocket for the feet, hot towels for the hands and a light spritz of a rose glycerin spray for the face after a gentle cupping session to the forehead, cheeks and chin.
1 hr Relaxation Massage: $70
This is a soothing, full body treatment designed to reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. It will incorporate Swedish massage techniques, gentle kneading, rhythmic strokes and silicone domed cups, especially made for relaxation massages. It will include gentle head compressions, hot towels and specially focused body butters and/or oils tailored for the client's relaxation.
90 min Relaxation Massage $100
Same as the above with the exception of extra time spent at specific areas as needed or at client request.
Seasonal Special: Relaxation Massage $65
A 45 minute relaxation massage with a fun focus on the current season. A customized seasonal relaxation massage that utilizes special (sometimes homemade) topicals and comes with a self care goody bag to take home.
