When you get a craving late at night, this isn’t your body sabotaging you. 🚨

More than likely, it’s your body trying to protect you because it didn’t get what it needed earlier in the day.

So, here’s how you’re going to fix it... avoid skipping meals, eat *enough* protein and fiber during the day, and try to avoid eating 2-3 hours before bed. (Brushing your teeth earlier in the night can be a good way to implement this.)

If you still feel a craving to eat after your last meal, try an herbal tea instead. Some of my favorites include ginger or peppermint tea. 🍵

Knowing what supplements to incorporate into your daily routine can be overwhelming. 

There are a million supplements on the market, and many claim to be the “quick fix” you need. 

Let me clear something up. 👇

Supplements are an incredible addition to eating foods you love (that love you back), daily movement, and ample hydration, but they won’t magically fix all of your wellness concerns overnight. 

Plus, not all supplements could be beneficial to you. It’s important to know areas where you’re lacking in levels and where to target.

Omega-3s are a non-negotiable when it comes to your weekly meal rotation.

Here are some of my favorite ways to incorporate some of these into my meals:

Salmon 🍣 - Grilled salmon bowl with rice, avocado, cucumber, and soy sauce and sriracha.
Chia seeds 🌿 - Chia seed pudding with coconut milk and topped with fresh berries.
Anchovies 🐟 - Caesar salad with grilled chicken. (with fresh anchovies in the dressing)
Walnuts 🌰 - Yogurt bowl with honey, berries, and crushed walnuts.
