Someone sent me this article the other day, and I just had to talk about it!
YES, the foods you eat can have a direct correlation to improved skin health. But your skin isn't glowing because you ate carrots... It’s glowing because your immune system is being consistently supported and nourished with the nutrients it needs to function well. 😌
Skin health looks a lot different than just eating carrots and salmon. It's about adequate sleep, stress regulation, and proper nutrition.
So all in all, I'm a yes for salmon and carrots for skin health, but remember it's doing a lot more for your body than that! 🥕
