Core Conditioning is not your typical Physical Therapy clinic or fitness studio. Step foot inside one of Core’s state of the art facilities, located in Burbank and Studio City, and you will see a world that integrates Physical Therapy, Pilates, RedCord®, Gyrotonic® and CoreAlign. This was the dream of owners, Allyson Cabot, PT, and Gabrielle Shrier, MPT, who together have more than 40 years combined experience in rehabilitation and movement science. Core Conditioning accepts most insurances and is currently in network with: Cigna, Aetna, GreatWest, United Health Care, HealthNet, Blue Shield, and Medicare. If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please call our office.
