Simply Holistic, founded by Jessica Lynn Wamsley in 2012, is a Holistic Massage company based on healing the body through a balanced combination of both Eastern and Western practices. The plethora of services offered include Aromatherapy, Swedish-, Deep Tissue-, Reflexology-, Chair-, Thai-, Shiatsu-, Sports-, Pregnancy-, Lymphatic Drainage-, Hot Stone-, and Carpal Tunnel- massage. Massage stimulates your body’s own natural defense system at a cellular level to function more efficiently, repair tissue, break pain cycles and reduce stress.
