My Dear Clients,
I am writing to let you know how sorry I am that as of April 17th, I am no longer able to continue with this work that has brought me so much joy over the last 9 years. When I took a brief pause in 2024, I did so with the hope that taking a short break would enable me to come back to work with renewed strength. However, my body has let me know that this is no longer an option for me. I will make room to honor any gift certificates that remain and keep my schedule until my last day on April 17th, 2026.
This is not a goodbye letter as much as it is a love letter to each one of you. My time spent with you has been an absolute honor and pleasure. The work we did together was immeasurably rewarding and I am so humbled at the trust you had in me to care for you in this way.
My first career led me to love helping people through manual work. This career has led me to embrace helping people through mindful work by being with you with intention, attention, and skilled action. As my body rests and heals, I am excited to explore where mindfulness work will lead my quest to help others.
Thank you for being the best people to have walked through my door, for sharing your families with me, for your trust, for your friendship, for the conversations and for being a part of my life over the past 9 years. I will hold you all in my heart. Always.
Wishing you health and mindful living,
Dot Mersfelder
