We're Hiring! | Assistant Medical Biller (Part-Time)Cater 2 Kids SPOT – 20 hrs/week – On-site (Sturbridge, MA)

We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Assistant Medical Biller to support our therapy clinic’s growing billing department. This is a part-time (20 hrs/week) position ideal for someone with real experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, and spreadsheet organization.

In this role, you’ll report to the Lead Medical Biller and help organize and follow through on key workflows: finalizing claims, working denials, tracking authorizations, and maintaining clean, organized billing data.

What You’ll Need:
✔️Medical billing experience (CPT codes, modifiers, EOBs, remits)
✔️Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (you’ll help manage billing trackers)
✔️Comfort using insurance portals (UHC, BCBS, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim etc.)
✔️Ability to work independently, follow directions, and solve problems with accuracy
