The Spring Equinox is the true new year… not one that demands you become someone else overnight, or at all… but one that asks you to consider only this:
what seeds have you been carrying through all of the dark?

This is the moment to plant them, but not with force.
Not with a list of everything you’re not or should be.
Not with stressful promises or bargains made that are meant to inherently fail, no matter your purest of intentions.

Only with intention. With gentleness. With grace and forgiveness.
With the deep knowing that real roots grow slowly, sometimes painfully, and that is the point.
That is where real growth comes from.
