What to expect when you book an appointment with me for a massage…
The first appointment I have you fill out a client intake form, after you have filled it out we discuss any issues you may have and what you would like to get from the massage..better range of motion, less soreness….I usually start with the upper back and scalp, the complete back, the glutes through the sheets, then legs.
I have you turn over start back at your face, neck, a hot towel on your face, then arms, legs and feet. I remove the towel and wipe your face with rose water. During the massage you stay covered except for the area I am working on and then that is covered back up….🫠

A little bit of an introduction to Exquiz8 Energy Massage, Reiki and Mandala Healing with Deanna.

If you are looking for a traditional relaxation massage, a specialty treatment or perhaps an unconventional healing method, you owe it to yourself to give Exquiz8 Energy a try.

I am a graduate of Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork. I am additionally trained in hot stone, cold stone migraine therapy, aromatherapy and precision neuromuscular therapy. In addition to these massage techniques, I am also a Reiki Master and teacher (Reiki is a Japanese technique that works with our “life force energy “ for stress reduction, relaxation and promotion of healing).

I also offer sessions and classes using the mandala as a healing tool. Mandala means “sacred circle “ in Sanskrit, and is synonymous with wholeness. You will create a mandala using colored pencils on black paper. The mandala creation process uses intention, guided meditation and reflection to bring forth insights for your life. No matter what your spiritual path, you can access your own inner knowing and divine spark in seeking guidance, healing and inner peace. All materials are provided. No artistic ability is necessary. The process, not the product, is what matters. Be open to the power already within yourself!
