We made bird feeders this week to hang outside our club house - we started a journal of the different birds that we see throughout the day come to the feeders, its so much fun to see the different type of birds come to visit us. We've been busy decorating the club house for the Holidays! We painted paper plates to look like pumpkin pies, than we cut them into "slices" and glued them to make garland. The clients did a great job and their decorations look so nice hanging up!

Our group was on a roll at Apple Valley. We had some strikes and some spares and lots of laughs together.

The weather has been so good to us so we climbed the Peninsula state park tower. The fall colors were amazing to see from that height and we enjoyed checking out the outside of the light house too.

We had an amazing time at Red Barn Corn Maze - We took a ride into the pumpkin patch and we each picked out a pumpkin to bring home. We took a walk through the corn maze and made it to the bridge where we could climb up and see the entire field! We played games and made music. But I think our favorite part was the Apple cider and Apple launching!

Apple picking is one of our favorite fall activities to do together and we had so much fun walking through the fields looking for the perfect apples to pick.
We crunched on some of them plain and we also made an apple crisp and some homemade applesauce. What is your favorite apple recipe?
