Here are 2 simple stretches you can try today:

Get on your hands and knees, arch your back up (like a cat), then slowly drop your belly and lift your head (like a cow).
Repeat for 30โ€“60 seconds to increase spinal mobility and reduce stiffness.

Our Story

Dr. Temple joined the Bronson Community in July of 2016, he came in willing and able to take over the practice. With a strong passion for helping others, Dr. Temple is very active in the community. He is the team doctor for the Bronson football team, helps out with the wrestling program, and stays actively involved with many other things. He is a Life University graduate, originally from a small town in Ohio. We strive to build a healthier community through education and excellence in overall healthcare!
