Only four teams remain in each class of South Dakota high school football.

Thursday’s playoff state semifinals action across the state cut the field in half, leaving just a few contenders still in the hunt for a state championship. Sturgis Brown High School is among the four remaining teams in Class AA and will face Yankton on Friday, November 7.
