If it’s your first time booking a massage with me, here’s what you can expect:

🌿Before Your Session
– Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
– Wear comfortable clothing.
– Hydrate and avoid heavy meals right before.

💆🏼‍♀️During Your Session
– Communication is key: let me know about pressure, comfort, or areas of focus.
– You’re fully draped the whole time, only the area being worked on is uncovered.
– Breathe, relax, and let your body unwind.

✨After Your Session
– Drink plenty of water.
– Move slowly and gently as you return to your day.
– Notice how your body feels! This helps us customize future sessions.

Focused Deep Tissue ≠ Just More Pressure

When you book a deep tissue session with us, it’s not about how hard your therapist can push, it’s about how effectively your therapist can help your body let go of what it’s holding onto.

💆🏼‍♀️Deep tissue massage is about working through the layers. Not just muscles, but patterns of tension, tight fascia, and areas that feel “stuck.” It’s slower, more intentional, and focused on the source of the discomfort, not just the symptoms.
