With Deep Well, External Pole, Underground Electric, Commercial Sewer, 2 Fresh Ponds, It's ready and waiting now to begin. This property is Platted for a Subdivision, and ground work done. It's perfectly Zoned for the purpose intended, so I'd like to move forward with details of my Business Proposal by forming a planning board of directors to participate in brainstorming and conception of Articles of Incorporation.
