Happy New Year! I'm still in awe that it's 2026! 2025 was a rollercoaster of love, adventure, stress, joy, tears, anger, laughter, prayer, growth, and valuable lessons. Relationships are everything - spouses, kids, family, friends...not stuff. Your mental health is just as vital as your physical health. Take care of your body, it's like a bank account - you get out what you put in. Want to feel better, live longer, and hurt less? Ditch the bad habits and start some good ones. Get outside, walk daily, drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies. Sleep is essential! Let's make 2026 our best year yet! Small changes add up!
