Staying hydrated keeps your child's body and mind running efficiently, especially as the weather is warming up. Here’s how much water is recommended for kids to drink at each age (amounts may vary by individual).
Make drinking water fun by letting your child pick out and decorate their own water bottle or adding fruit slices to flavor water naturally. Remember to be a good role model by staying hydrated yourself as well!
Kids may need to drink more water when they are exercising or when temperatures are high. Look out for signs of dehydration such as dry lips, lightheadedness, cramps, and dark or less urine. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us!
