Episode 6 of the Confidence Circuit is here. Today we’re using the Identity Micro-Claim, a simple phrase that helps your brain line up with the confident version of you. Last episode focused on steadiness and vocal grounding. This one upgrades the story you tell yourself about who you are.

If you haven’t watched Episodes 1 through 5 yet, go back and start from the beginning so each tool stacks the right way.

Episode 5 of the Confidence Circuit is here. Last episode was all about micro-action and momentum. Today’s tool focuses on embodied follow-through and emotional steadiness. The Vocal Resonance Reset helps your nervous system settle so your confidence comes through in your voice. If you haven’t watched Episodes 1 through 4 yet, start there and follow the sequence.

Episode 4 of the Confidence Circuit is here. Today we’re using the Micro-Yes Momentum Trick, a tiny physical cue that gets your brain out of hesitation and into action. It’s subtle but powerful, and it helps you shift from doubt to movement in under a second. If you haven’t watched Episodes 1 through 3 yet, go back and start there so the whole sequence makes sense.

Episode 3 of the Confidence Circuit Series is here.

Today we’re using the Future-Self Stand to shift your identity through posture. When your body changes its stance, your brain updates its story.

If you caught Episodes 1 and 2, this one will click instantly. And if you haven’t watched them yet, go start there. Your nervous system learns through repetition, and this series builds one layer at a time.

Your body has a built-in confidence switch —
and it’s right behind your breastbone.

Tapping your thymus gland for twenty seconds
drops cortisol, boosts testosterone,
and sends a powerful signal through your nervous system:
we are strong.

Warriors used this.
Gorillas still use it.
Turns out, your body was designed to summon courage on command.

Try it before anything intimidating —
speaking, interviewing, walking into a new room.
Twenty seconds of chest tapping,
and fear turns into readiness.

Ever meet someone and forget their name before the handshake’s over?

It’s not a personality flaw - it’s neuroscience.

Your brain’s “name memory” center has a built-in 7-second delete timer.

Unless you move that name into long-term storage, it’s gone.

Here’s the fix: when someone says their name, visualize writing it across their forehead in color.
It links sound, sight, and motion - three neural pathways firing together.

That’s how memory champions do it.

It’s not magic. It’s how your brain actually learns.
Try it next time… and watch how fast your recall transforms.

Last time, your feedback helped me craft my signature intro and I loved hearing what resonated with you most.

Now I need your help again.

Here’s the outro I’ve been working on for all my hypnosis recordings and videos:

“We slowed the world down, now go speed up your transformation.
Remember, every thought is a vote for your future self.
So keep choosing the ones that serve who you’re becoming.
Neurons that fire together, wire together.
Stay curious, stay consistent, stay connected - to your trance-formation...
Your future self is just a few repetitions away from shifting your perception and your reality.”

What do you think - does it sound like me?
Would you tweak anything?
Or does it feel like the perfect way to close a transformation session?

Pretty please drop your thoughts below - I truly value your perspective.

When your eyes move side to side,
you activate both hemispheres of your brain -
balancing logic and emotion, focus and calm.

Each slow glance left and right
signals your vagus nerve that it’s safe to relax.
Your heart rate steadies.
Your body exhales.

So maybe the side-eye isn’t judgment.
Maybe it’s your brain finding balance.

This wraps up The NeuroVision Series -
where we explored how your eyes reset your nervous system, regulate your emotions, and rewire your mind.

If you loved this series and you’re ready to go deeper,

and upcoming programs -

Your brain already knows how to heal.
I’ll show you how to make it stick.

Welcome to The NeuroVision Series: Episode 3 👁️
where we talk all things eyes and how vision rewires the mind.

Turns out, rolling your eyes might actually make you less reactive.

That slow eye roll mimics the same motion used in EMDR therapy -
helping your brain file away emotional stress and calm faster.

So the next time you roll your eyes, remember,
your body isn’t being dramatic. It’s being brilliant.

Follow along for Episode 4,
where I’ll show you how to reset your brain in just 8 seconds using your eyes.

11/11/2025

Your eyes don’t just see - they steer your emotions.

Looking up lights the parts of your brain linked to hope and forward thinking.

Looking down pulls you inward for reflection.

Rolling your eyes releases tension from your limbic system - your emotional center.

When your mood feels stuck, move your eyes - not your thoughts.

Because sometimes the fastest mindset shift starts with where you look.

Welcome to The NeuroVision Series,
where we talk all things eyes - and how vision rewires the mind.

➡️ Next up: Episode 3: Turns out, rolling your eyes might actually make you less reactive...

11/11/2025

You roll your eyes in annoyance…
but your brain thinks you’re calming down.

That slow, dramatic eye roll everyone calls “attitude”?
It actually activates your vagus nerve - the calm-down switch in your body.

In other words, your sass is secretly self-soothing.

So next time stress hits, try it intentionally.
Roll your eyes slowly.
Exhale deeply.
Let your nervous system reboot.

Welcome to the NeuroVision Series.
Where your body already knows how to rewire your brain.

11/09/2025

You don’t fail because you lack willpower.
You struggle because your brain is wired for safety, not success.

When you understand that your “mindset” lives in your nervous system, not just your thoughts - everything changes.

That’s why hypnosis works.
It rewires the neural code underneath your habits, beliefs, and emotions.

Once the subconscious shifts, the rest follows. Effortlessly.

How Does Hypnosis Work?

Your life is driven by the two parts of your mind: your conscious mind and subconscious mind. Generally speaking, our emotions "live" in our subconscious mind and are protected and rationalized by our conscious mind. The conscious mind is the "thinking" mind and the subconscious mind is the "feeling" mind. Willpower requires thinking and is sourced from the conscious mind. The problem with this, is that true, lasting change can only take place at the feeling, subconscious level.

When change happens at the subconscious level, it happens easily and naturally, eliminating the frustration and focus required when "trying" and "struggling" with conscious focused energy.

Hypnosis enables us to "rewrite" underlying "scripts" - ideas, illusions and beliefs that we have about ourselves in order to affect the programming within us in a positive way and achieve our goals.

Have you ever tried to use willpower to break bad habits and form new ones? "I can lose these last 10lbs if I stop eating carbs," or "I will use willpower to stop smoking."
